Remembering
This is Asti. She was one of the smartest cats I've ever known. I lost her to liver failure in 1999. She will always be remembered with love.

What can I say to this?
I received this from a teacher I used to work with. I don't know how to answer without a touch of anger coming thru. Any ideas?
Hi Peggy! How are you? I saw your plea for yarn. Unfortunately I don't have any scrap but I'll buy you some if you know what I can do with my cat! He's a 6 year old Tabby. He is extremely affectionate, funny, playful, good with kids, and likes other small animals (cats & dogs). The problem is that I can't keep him in the house anymore. I had Pergo put in the house in March. Before that he often peed on the carpet (despite a clean litter box, going outdoors, trips to the vet, fake pheromones, sprays, etc) so I had to get rid of the carpet. I could not afford tile and was given Pergo so I went with it. Unfortunately he is continuing his nasty habit (behavioral per vet) on the Pergo so he is only allowed in the house when we can watch him. Now he spends most of his time in the garage (door propped open) or outside. I keep the radio on, fan, toys, soft spots, etc but it's not ideal. He's a lap cat and really needs company. Maybe he could be a barn cat, but don't know anyone who has a farm or stable. Do you? On top of all this my boyfriend of 4 years is allergic to cats. We don't live together but are talking about it. I feel really terrible about the cat, but don't know what to do. Any ideas? I've attached his photo. His name is Quidditch (from Harry Potter). I need the cat whisperer! :)

How can this be comfortable?
One with flash, one without. Through the sliding glass door.
She spends hours like this, laying on the metal stand under a glass coffee table on the porch.

p.s. Jeannie has earned a middle name: Weenie. She's still a weenie when it come to petting her.

Christmas in July
WOW oh WOW!! We got some wonderful stuff from our partner at PUGnetwork Coco and his mom Sandra. We had CHRISTMAS IN JULY!!!
Bob was first on the scene to see what was what, checking out the wrapping paper. Then Isis came to get into the box, digging in the paper strips. The first thing she went after was the Fat Cat mouse. Romeo had to get in on the action and Jeannie took off with a white furry mouse that she immediately gave a bath.
Thank you so much for all the goodies Coco. We will play very hard with them.
Thank you Sandra for the book and very cool hanging cat plaque.
Check it all out......

Bobby Belly
Mom says I'm the first cat she's lived with that sleeps on my back. I wonder what's wrong with all the other cats, because this is the ONLY way to totally relax.

Nip Banana and plague rat
We have lots of toys, but we want a nip banana and plague rat and mom just hasn't gotten them for us. (She says she has searched all over and can't find them, but we don't believe her.)
Some of my yarn stash
I've been working with the burgundy yarn on the bottom left. It's not hairy, it's velvety. These blankies make their decision on what they will be when they are finished. This one looks like it's going to be perfect for the back of a couch.
